As a senior member of Foreman & Company’s class action team, Sarah has expertise in all aspects of the group’s practice, including case development and investigations, strategic drafting, motions, cross-examinations, examinations for discovery, alternative dispute resolution, settlement negotiations and trial preparation. Sarah also has significant trial experience, acting as counsel in two lengthy class action trials and subsequent appeals.
Sarah acts on behalf of plaintiffs in a wide variety of matters relating to price-fixing and other competition law disputes, financial services and securities, consumer law violations, intellectual property law and product liability litigation, among other matters.
Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Queen’s University, and her law degree at Western University before being called to the bar in 2009. Sarah resides in London with her husband and two young children. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys traveling, baking and spending time with family and friends.
